The BiO Fitness team aim to teach you to become aware of your current behavioural patterns and how they are affecting your life NOW. Our goal is to help you implement and maintain positive long term behavioral changes in exercise, nutrition and general lifestyle choices. We want to EMPOWER you back into your life through your fitness and health. And more importantly, we want to educate YOU about positive and lasting lifestyle choices! Our exclusive indoor/outdoor training studio is designed to create a real team environment. BiO Fitness training style is an integrated functional style designed to enhance and improve the overall training effect and body composition changes, and more importantly help reduce the risk of injury. Training muscles and joints to stabilise, accelerate, decelerate, and recruit correctly while performing functional tasks in a workout format, helps you to not only understand how to use your body effectively and safely in your daily lives, whether it be at work or in your personal lives, but to obtain far superior results in your health and fitness. Training with BiO Fitness will not only increase your confidence in performing difficult tasks, but decrease your risk of injuring yourself, not to mention all the health benefits that go with this style of training. You will gain a fantastic effective result in your fitness and a positive education on how to implement long term change into your life that makes a difference!
