Charlie’s has been formed by a team of people with plenty of experience in the sex industry, working in various roles (both sides of the fence) and establishments previously. We have taken a “from the ground up” approach and reinvented how an agency is run. Our belief is providing rewards and incentives for hard work, both for staff and workers, as well as keeping our pricing in line with what clients expect to pay, cutting out some of the greedy practises that have formed throughout the industry. Happy staff and happy workers equals great service, happy clients and a great working environment for all. That’s what Charlies is all about.
