Cooking The Italian Way

Pauline Leonard’s love of cooking and passion for the best seasonal produce and ingredients, along with her enthusiasm for all things Italian, have been the inspiration for cooking classes which are lighthearted and designed to challenge experienced cooks and to thoroughly entertain the novices. Cooking classes in Italian food, hands-on includes pasta making, shopping for ingredients, four course menus followed by lunch and a glass of wine.
