Experienced Danish culinary wizard and passionate practitioner of the Manifesto for the New Nordic Kitchen, Bente Grysbaek, prepares authentic and contemporary Nordic cuisine using the finest, local ingredients. Although Restaurant DANSK is usually only open to members, members of the public are welcome to come and experience the cuisine one time.
