Focus Community Management provides Body Corporate Management services to all Bodies Corporate on the Gold Coast. FOCUS strongly believes in managing Bodies Corporate the way they used to be managed. By that we mean providing a comprehensive service which is founded on a partnership between the committee, the resident building manager and the owners. Focus Community Management is founded upon the principles of strong client relationships, honesty and delivery of superior services without frills and additional fees. We ensure that all our Bodies Corporate which include residential towers with retail/commercial components that are governed by Principal Body Corporate arrangements, Building Management Statements or other contractual means are properly managed to ensure financial accuracy and integrity and, in particular, harmony within the building. Focus Community Management provides Bodies Corporate and their elected Committee Members with a personable small business feel whilst being managed with the effectiveness and security that large organisations purport to deliver.
