The Principal has acted for a number of Franchisors with respect to the establishment of their business systems including: (a) a Franchisor of a protective coating business system; (b) a Master Franchisee in respect of the Australian license for a UK freight forwarding business system including the franchisees connected to this system; (c) a Franchisor with respect to setting up a hair salon chain in Australia and New Zealand; (d) a Franchisor in relation to the building industry; (e) Queensland Master Franchisee in the car detailing industry; (f) a Franchisor in the real estate service industry; and (g) a Franchisor in the pet food industry.
