Together with knowledge gained in private and public sectors across construction, engineering, manufacturing, warehousing / distribution and education, Alan works at the leading edge of Human Resources practices. Alan has tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
